NXT Nutritionals Holdings, Inc. (Holdings), formerly Goldvale Resources, Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company focuses on marketing SUSTA Nectar, a table-top sweetener alternative, and developing SUSTA products, such as Healthy Dairy Smoothies. On February 12, 2009, Holdings acquired NXT Nutritionals, Inc. (NXT Nutritionals). NXT Nutritionals is a developer and marketer of a healthy alternative sweetening system, and other food and beverage products. The common ingredient for all of the Company's products is its natural sweetening system SUSTA. SUSTA serves as an ingredient/sweetener for its healthy dairy yogurt smoothies. NXT Nutritionals markets SUSTA in three primary categories: SUSTA Nectar (table-top sweetener alternative), SUSTA ingredient (beverages, cereals, baked goods, dairy products, candy and chewing gum), and NXT/SUSTA-branded products (beverages, water, nutritional bars and supplements).
I had actually tried a sample of Sutra and to be honest, it was nothing like what I expected. It tasted nothing like the other alternative sweetening, this actually tasted pretty good! (i eat 'em as if it was candy, lol) Assuming sugar price keeps rising and once Obama taxes sugary drinks to fund healthcare, NXTH could really take off when they start expanding their product line this year.
